1. Expensice - mostly everything is overpriced. Better off bring your own chips and drink if you don't want only an $8 sandwich2. Not actually homemade- everything comes frozen the. They just heat it up in the oven. This includes the bread3. Unsanitary- no hair restraints on anybody working there and hair EASILY ends up in the food since it is all girls working there and the hair is long4. Poor management- all the employees look miserable and they do not care to be friendly or helpful. Don't complain about anything. You will be blamed and told you need to leave

This place was an awesome find. A coworker took some people from the office here. Big selection, fresh, and decent prices. A must try for sure. If you do try it, let me know what you thought.

I've been coming here nearly every week for the past year or so, so I obviously love this place! I really love the staff they are always friendly. Service is quick, and their salads are great. The prices are a little high, but worth it for the great location and nice seating outdoors!

When we asked if they could make a grilled cheese for our toddler... They flat out refused because "all of the sandwiches we make have to have some sort of meat." Ummmm... What?!?!?!?!

Went here for the first time to grab lunch. I appreciate how they've set up for the pandemic. Food was delicious, and they have the best black and white cookie I've had basically ever!

Delicious food and fast service. Portion sizes on the grinders are small. If they were larger or cheaper I would have given it 5 Stars.

The sandwiches were very small for the price and just mediocre. The store itself is cool with a good selection of drinks and chips, but for the price, I was dissatisfied with what I received.

Best customer service and a variety of meal choices

Great spot to grab a nice craft beer or a really good wine, although I usually stop here for their sandwiches. The "Zippity-Do-Da" is a personal favorite, and is the best roast beef sandwich around imo. The staff is always friendly, wait is minumal, and I can pick up a great new wine to try after work. I also appreciate that they sell the Sutter Home mini bottles, available as a single if you want to try a new varietal without purchasing a whole bottle. One of the best shops in the Commons for sure!

Super tasty breakfast biscuit (the J Buscuit) and very friendly staff with a nice little patio outside.

A great college Deli and grocery that serves up homemade lunch & breakfast sandwiches, soups, sides, hot & Iced coffees, drinks, snacks, ice cream and alcohol. There is seating inside our outside at two patio areas. Located at the end of the village commons and across the street from Mt. Holyoke College.

Where I go for my weekly stash of avocado oil potato chips (seriously, the best!), or a midday caffeine pick-me-up. They also have really good breakfast sandwiches and an assortment of interesting local beer.

Excellent food, great service. This deli has delicious soup, sandwiches, and a good selection of bakery items, sweets, and wine. Loved it. I plan on going back soon!

Homemade French rolls used in their sandwiches, great bagels w/ cream cheese, fresh ingredients in everything! All sorts of salads and sides (mac and cheese, meatballs), wine, beers and more.Highly recommend! A Harvest, Jumping Jack Flash, or Roast Beef are my faves...Enjoy!

Food is good but most of it comes frozen. Girls are extremely stuck up too. Need more customer interaction.

Deli with great sandwiches, soups and hot dishes. Try the slim chicken wrap, the chefs salad, the loaded baked potatoes or any of the soups.

This market deli is such a great place to pick up a sandwich, a quick supper, a few groceries, a bottle of wine, or even just a cup of coffee and a pastry. Parking is easy and prices are reasonable.

Got the roast beef sandwich on gluten free bread. It was perfect! Good coffee too.
